1. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service or any information, features, or content it provides.

2. Message delivery is not guaranteed

QuickEngage helps you send messages across WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email, and Web Push, but delivery, timing, and inbox placement are not guaranteed. Delivery depends on third parties outside our control, including Meta/WhatsApp, telecom carriers and SMS/RCS aggregators, Amazon SES (our email provider), recipient devices, spam filters, and each recipient’s settings and consent status. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, filtered, blocked, throttled, or undelivered by these third parties.

3. Results not guaranteed

Any performance figures, benchmarks, or examples (for example, revenue recovered or engagement rates) are illustrative and are not a promise of results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your audience, offers, content, list quality, and compliance practices.

4. Compliance is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, including obtaining consent and honouring opt-outs. Nothing on this site or in the Service is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

The Service relies on and links to third-party platforms (including Shopify, Meta/WhatsApp, and Amazon Web Services). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of these third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
